In 2018, internal communication actions covering all sites were deployed

for all employees by means of daily bulletins called “LISI&You”.

In addition to these professional exchanges, a number of sites aimed to

createmomentsofconvivialityandtohelpteamsgettoknowoneanother

better outside the working environment: birthday parties in Monterey,

sports events such as in Zhuozhou, Saint Florent and friendlymeals as in

Minneapolis and Neyron; Dasle, Grandvillars.

Certainsiteshavealso installedscreens intheworkshopsorreceptionto

provide an overview of life on the site for all of the employees and make

communicationmore dynamic such as La Ferté or Melisey.

Each site works hard tominimize absenteeism: attendance bonuses,

indicators in the incentives agreements, introduction of a return-to-work

interview, help to return to work, vaccination training/detection,

and improvements in working conditions.
