The recruitment strategy of the Group is based on anticipation of
requirementsand the identificationof keycompetencies for eachof the
businesses.
Throughouttheyear2013, theGroup'sgrowthhasbeenaccompaniedby
asignificantnumberofnewhires, inparticularatLISIAEROSPACE.
In total, theseare1,149newemployeeswhohave joined theGroup in the
year2013,almostoneemployee in8.
Regarding the departures in the year 2013, LISI experienced a total of
257 resignations and 46 negotiated departures. Resignations account
for over a third of departures and remain the most common cause
of departure from the company. The Group proceeded to a total of
118dismissals forpersonal reasons (disciplinaryorother).
