These certificates are recognized nationally by enterprises in the
metallurgysector ; theycertify theprofessional capabilitiesof theholder

Professional qualifications are developed as close as possible to trade
development.Theyareregularlyupdatedwithcompanyprofessionalsto
respond inreal timetotechnologicaldevelopments.
In 2013, within the division LISI AUTOMOTIVE, nearly 6,000hours have
been spent in the context of these career paths and62CQPMandCQPI
havebeenobtainedsince2010.
This approach is also active inother divisions of theGroup andnotably
on the LISI AEROSPACE Argenton (CQPMWelders and Boilermakers),
Creuzet (CQPMmachining)sites.
The LISIMEDICALOrthopaedics site has also set up a polishing school
in collaborationwith the local UIMM (Metallurgy Industries andTrades
Union),PôleEmploi, theAFPI and theTownHall ofHérouvilleSaintClair
torecruitandtrainpolishers inthecontextofoperationalpreparationfor
employment.
LISI AEROSPACEKnowledge Institute extends twonewprograms
destined formanagement.
Withnearly 300 participants in courses ranging from 2 to 13 days, LISI
AEROSPACE Knowledge Institute (LKI) University asserts itself not only
asapillar inthestrategyofdevelopingemployeeskillsbutalsoasamajor
tool for talent retentionandattracting candidateswith strongpotential
fortheGroup.
Created 2 years ago, LKI offers 18 skill development programs focused
on the strategic axes of LISI AEROSPACE division: technology, personal
developmentandmanagement.
Inaddition, LKI offers a complete integration course tonearly 70newly
arriving Executives each year. This course consists of aweek dedicated
to thediscoveryof LISIAEROSPACEdivision, aweekof immersion in the
factory tounderstand thedirect environmentof theproduction sitesas
wellastheassignmentofa facilitator foraperiodof fourmonths.
In 2013, a new hierarchical management program was developed in
partnershipwith theNoriaHR training organization and testedwithin
theperimeterofFrance.BOOSTcoursesexplore indetail themanagerial
practices of our direct management, enlightening them during 9 days
on themes of self-awareness and team interaction, or the practice of
managementthroughobjectives.
The year 2013was alsomarkedby the launchof theALTITUDE strategic
management program. Developed in partnership with HECMontréal,
ALTITUDE offers the leaders of LISI AEROSPACE, OperationsManagers
and Site or Business Unit Managers to explore the world of strategic
management. Choice participants, high flying content, thirteen days
animated through fourmodules, in four different countries -ALTITUDE
In addition, special attention is paid to the implementation of training
needs identified in individual and professional interviews, and more
particularly to senior employeeswhomayencounterdifficulties in their
jobor intheirworkenvironment.

The year 2013 will remain synonymous with the launch of training
programs intended to accompany the deployment of LISI Excellence
AchievementProgram.
Intended tocontribute toaprofitableand sustainablegrowth, theLEAP
isanapproachofgoodhumanand industrialpracticesbeingdeployed in
alloftheorganizationsthroughouttheGroup.
Thismethod of working, focused on achieving industrial excellence in
all areas of the company, relies on the involvement of staff andaims to
reducewasteandallunnecessaryactivitiesbyanalyzingandoptimizing
the flow.
Tailoredbyourexperts in industrialperformance,LEAPtrainingsupports
the rise in skill around the LEAPapproach tools (LEAPBasics, 5s, SMED,
PSM,VSM,WSM,etc.).
