1.1.1Totalworkforce
As at December 31, 2013, the Group employed 9,239 employees, an
increase of the total workforce of 330 people, which represents an
improvementof3.7%comparedto2012.
This increaseof the totalheadcount isdueon theonehand, toa strong
increase in theworkforceof LISIAEROSPACE (399moreemployees than
in 2012 representing an increase of 7.6%) andon the other hand, to an
adjustment of the head count within LISI AUTOMOTIVE (-70 persons
/-2.2%).

The distribution of staff shows consistency in each of the age groups
between25and55years. Indeed, therearearound 1,200employees in
5-year incrementgroups.
As in2012, theaverageageof employeesof theLISIGroup isabout the
41-45agebracket.
Employees less than 25 years old and employees of 56 years andover,
makeupnearly20%ofthegroup’sworkforce.
1.1.2.2Bygender
In 2013, the LISI Group exceeded the cap of 2,000 employedwomen
(2,046womenpresent at endof 2013 against 1,932 in2012and 1,867 in
2011),oralmost6%morethan lastyearwhiletheoverallworkforcegrew
by3.7%.
Therefore, the feminization rate improved on 2013, and passed from
21.75% in2012to22.15% in late2013.
