General environmental policy
2.1.1TheorganizationoftheCompanytotakeintoaccount
environmentalissuesand,whereappropriate,approachesto
assessmentorenvironmentalcertification
Nowadays, the improvement of working conditions such as reducing
the environmental footprint, are performance indicators that are as
importantastheeconomicand financial indicators.
For several years, the LISIGroupwas fullyengaged inplacing social and
environmental issuesat theheartof itscorporateculture inorder to turn
them into intrinsicvalues.
Like forHealthandSafety atWork, the LISI GroupSeniorManagement
is mobilized at the highest level and involved in the field of the
Environment.
Thepolicy andorganizationput inplacearebasedon the international
standard ISO 14001 (international standardgoverning themanagement
systemoftheenvironment).
Hence,attheendof2014,apartfromtheManoirAerospacesitesacquired
thisyear,all theLISIGroup'ssitesarecertified inaccordancewith this ISO
14001referential.
2.1.2Employeetrainingandinformationintermsofenvironmental
protection
The LISI Group relies heavily on the skills of all employees to achieve
excellence in Health - Safety at Work and Environment. Only each
individualbehaviorcanhelp itbuildagenuineenterpriseHSEculture.
That iswhy LISI has decided to continue investing inHumanBeings. In
fact,0.30%ofthehoursworkedwereallocatedtotraining intheHSEfield
in2014,comparedwith0.24% in2013.
Actually, the men and women that make up a company are its key
ambassadors in all areas, and their dedication to the company's
operations isanassetonwhichLISI intendstocapitalize.
