The ALTITUDE course, developed in partnership withHECMontréal,
offers LISImanagers theopportunity toexplore theworldof strategic
management. Selected course leaders, very high quality content, 13
daysof training in fourmodules, in fourdifferentcountries -ALTITUDE
has been designed to offer a high quality learning experience. In 12
months, the participants discuss the issues of strategy definition in
the environment and businesses of LISI, of development of strategic
capacities and of leadership; this very close to the entrepreneurial
world,withvisitstocompanies, interventionsbyprofessionalsandcase
studies.

Complete a specific examination of the situation of employees for
whom theremay exist variations in terms of average base salary by
categoryandqualification level.

Review all requests for part-time working or adjustment of working

Promotionandenforcementof
fundamental provisionsof ILO
Conventions
Aware of their responsibilities vis-à-vis the fundamental conventions
of the ILO, LISI oversees their application at each of the Group entities
worldwide.
Respect for freedom of association and for the right to collective
bargaining, the eliminationof discrimination in respect of employment
andoccupation, forcedor compulsory labor and the effective abolition
ofchild labor,are issued thataremonitoredduring thesiteauditsand to
whichmanagement ishighlysensitized.
LISI is also a signatory of the UnitedNations - Global Compact, which
includesthesethemes in itsprinciples3,4,5and6.
