reflecting a net increase in staff of 330 people (+3.7% comparedwith 2012).
This increase is due on the one hand, to a strong increase in theworkforce
of LISI AEROSPACE (399 more employees than in 2012) and on the other
hand, to an adjustment of the head countwithin LISI AUTOMOTIVE (2.2%).
LISIMEDICAL staff employment remains stable. LISI employment ismainly
located inFrance (54%of theGroup’sworkforce).
Jobs thatarebecoming feminized
The distribution of staff shows consistency for each of the age brackets
between25and55years.Asfor2012,theaverageageofemployees isbetween
41 and 45 years. The breakdown by sex shows a slight feminization of
employment in the Group. The proportion of women in office has indeed
increased from 21.75% in 2012 to 22.15% to end 2013. LISI today counts 2,046
employedwomen (+6% inoneyear).
