or several years already, LISI has developed career specific
courses, focused on trades considered to be themost strategic
for each of its divisions. These professional courses enable
employees toobtaina JointCertificateofQualification inMetallurgy
(CQPM, recognized by the industry), or in some cases an Inter-
industries Professional Certificate of Qualification, recognized at
national level. Developed to correspond closely to trade evolution,
these qualifications are updated regularlywith professionals from
companies to respond in real time to technologicaldevelopments.
6,000hoursdedicated to thecareer
paths forLISIAUTOMOTIVE
In 2013, nearly 6,000 hours have been provided for within the
LISI AUTOMOTIVE Division in the context of these career paths
(7 specialties concerned) and62CQPMandCQPI havebeenobtained
since 2010. This initiative is also active on the other divisions of the
Groupand includingtheLISIAEROSPACEsitesofArgentonsurCreuse
(CQPMWelders and Boilermakers) and LISI AEROSPACE Creuzet
(CQPMmachining). Based in Caen, the LISIMEDICAL Orthopaedics
site has also set up a school of polishing in collaborationwith the
local Unionof Industries andMetal Trades (UIMM), Pôle Emploi, the
AFPI and the TownHall of Hérouville-Saint-Clair (14) to recruit and
trainpolishersaspartof anoperational preparation for employment
scheme.
