The PSMmanagement and improvement system
(ProblemSolvingManagement) considerably speeds
up solvingproblems encounteredonadailybasis at
the levelof the factories, the independentproduction
units (IPU) and the independent productiongroups
(PIG).Theseproblemsariseon thegroundandapply
tohygiene, safety, quality, logistics andproduction.
This system also facilitates solving problems using
departmentsacross theboard.
Dailymeetings
PSM is a system that helps decision taking and
facilitates resolving sometimes recurrent problems
quickly andwith long-termeffect. PSM is adialogue
systemand involvesdailymeetingsat the levelof the
operators themselves (PSM1), in the independent
production units (PSM2) and at the factory level
(PSM3).
There problems encountered daily are handles,
solutions found and results obtained. There targets
arealsosetandalldecisions takenare reviewed.
