at the latest four working days prior to the date of the Shareholders’
General Meeting.

All the documents and information laid down in Article R.225-73-1
of the French Commercial Code may consulted on the Company’s
site: from the twenty-first day preceding the
Shareholders’ General Meeting, i.e. April 4, 2017.
