in technical planning, organization and behaviors mean
that LISI has seen constant improvement in this area. At the
behavioral level, efforts have been concentrated primarily in
theworkshops, since this iswhere thevastmajorityofaccidents
occur. Safety related themes are the first discussion topics at

Tackling therootcausesofaccidents
In2015,LISIwillcommencethe implementationofamajortool in
the
LISIExcellenceHSE (theSafetyCultureProgram).
Thisshould
addressbehavioral causesofworkplaceaccidentsbyproviding
trainers with the keys to understanding these behaviors. It
should subsequently facilitate the activation of action levers
to correct them and finally allow the development of a true
culture of safety within the Group by means of a structured
communicationcamp.
