As at December 31, 2014, theLISI Group
had a total of 10,701 employees, an
increase inheadcount of 1,462 (+16%
comparedwith2013). This increase in
headcount is essentiallydue to the change
in scope of theLISIAEROSPACEdivision
(1,353more employees than in2013, an
increase of +24%)with the integration
of the staff of theManoirAerospace
group inJune2014 (1,169people). On its
existing staffingbase, thedivision saw its
headcount increaseby184, or +3.3%by
comparisonwithDecember 31, 2013. The
other divisionshave seennet increases in
their employeenumbers thisyear: LISI
MEDICALhas64peoplemore than in
2013 andLISIAUTOMOTIVEhas seen its
workforce increaseby43. As in2013, the
mean age of employees of theLISI Group
is between41 and45years.
DeploymentofLEAP trainingcourses
Theyear2014finallyconfirmedthedeploymentofLISIExcellence
AchievementProgram(LEAP)trainingprograms,initiatedin2013.
Intended to contribute to a profitable and sustainable growth,
LEAP trainingcoursescomewith thegrowth inskillsaround the
LEAP program (LEAP Basics, 5S, SMED, PSM, VSM, WSM, etc.).
At the end of 2014, more than 5,800 people (55 %) had been
trained inLEAPBasics. Finally, nearly300employeesbenefitted
from trainingprograms of the
Lisi Knowledge Institute
, the LISI
business university, for the development of management skills
in theGroup.
