Compensation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
The compensation of Mr. Gilles Kohler in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors was set on the advice of the Compensation
Committee. It includes a fixed amount for the corporate mandate. Mr. Gilles Kohler does not have any variable compensation, or directors’ fees
and free performance-based shares. He has a company car.
