2.5.1 Directors’ fees
The Shareholders’ General Meeting, held on April 22, 2015,
set the annual directors’ fees for members of the Board of
Directors at €300,000 from the start of the financial year
started January 1
st

The directors’ duties are compensated in the form of directors’
fees atmeetings of the Board of Directors and other Committees

paid to directors at the beginning of each half-year according to
their participation in themeetings of theBoard andCommittees
during the previous half-year. They amount to €3,000 per
meeting of the Board or Committees. The attendance fees paid
to directors in 2015 amounted to €234,000, the fees earned for
2015 amounted to €228,000 and the attendance rate was 93%.

acquired by the directors for the period:
Apart from Gilles Kohler, Jean-Philippe Kohler and Emmanuel
Viellard, no directors have received any remuneration from
LISI, its subsidiaries or the control company CID, other than the
attendance fees mentioned above.
