2.9.1Directors’fees
TheShareholders’GeneralMeeting,heldonApril26,2012, set theannual
directors’ fees formembersof theBoardofDirectors at €220,000, from
thestartofthe financialyearstarted January1,2012.
The directors’ duties are compensated in the form of directors’ fees at
meetingsof theBoardofDirectorsandotherCommitteesofwhich they
aremembers. Theattendance feesarepaidtodirectorsatthebeginning
of eachhalf-year according to their participation in themeetings of the
Board and Committees during the previous half-year. They amount to
€3,000 permeeting of the Board or Committees. The attendance fees
paid todirectors in2013amounted to€168,000, the feesearned for2013
amountedto€180,000andtheattendanceratewas95%.
