BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The LISI Group is organized in such away as to create favorable conditions
for its development in compliance with rules of good governance. It is
articulated around two complementary decision-making bodies. The
Board of Directors, composed of 14 members, including 4 independent
directors, brings together leading managerial, industrial and financial
skills. It deliberates on all matters relating to the smooth running of the
company. The Executive Committee, composed of 19 members repre-
senting each of the Group’s divisions, defines and implements the Group’s
operational strategy.
