REACH AND METHODS Inspired by the guidelines of the reference framework published by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), this integrated annual report introduces LISI’s ecosystem as well as its business and value creation model. This document is a summary of the company’s activity and results for the 2022 financial year, which makes it possible to strengthen dialogue with all stakeholders, in a voluntary process of transparency and ongoing improvement. The content was selected in particular according to its relevance to the value created by the Group. Such content was fed through exchanges with the Group’s Industrial and Financial Departments, as well as the departments in charge of the development of Human Resources (HR), Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). It also includes the contributions of the Marketing and Innovation Departments of the three divisions, namely LISI AEROSPACE, LISI AUTOMOTIVE, and LISI MEDICAL. Unless specified otherwise, the information presented in this report relates to the 2022 financial year ended December 31, 2022.
