By guaranteeing working methods, procedures and standards common to all units around the world, as well as by organizing the digitization of exchanges, it allowed a fair balance between rigor and flexibility, which was necessary to maintain the business during this degraded period. Finally, it facilitated the adaptation of teams to the new working conditions linked to COVID-19, allowing the Group to remain efficient and profitable.
