LISI — 2020 INTEGRATED REPORT 31 Appropriate governance A specific Governance Committee has been set up to oversee the entire plan. Clustered around an Executive Committee which brings together the directors of each of the divisions and of the finance and purchasing functions, this committee supervises the entire plan, defines the objectives and guiding principles and serves as arbitrator.
