Preamble The COVID-19 crisis is a major event that is impacting our business as a whole. As of the date of this report, it is impossible to calculate the effect of the crisis on the Group’s economic and financial position, although it is clear that it will have a marked impact. Chapters 2 and 3 on the financial statements (and particularly the paragraphs regarding outlook and chapter 5 on risk factors) were written before the extent of the crisis was fully known and understood. Nevertheless, the Group is making every effort to reduce the impact of the crisis and to instill its business continuity plan. The scenarios simulated under current conditions show that, given the robust nature of its balance sheet, the Group has no business continuity risk. However, as the future impacts on its customers are still unknown, the LISI Group has suspended the outlook issued in its press release andmanagement report (chapter 2, page 26) of this Universal Registration Document. The Group will share business impacts and adjustment measures with the financial community as soon as they can be assessed with sufficient accuracy.
