With respect to the 2020 financial year, the Board of Directors, at the suggestion of the Compensation Committee, will put to the vote of the Shareholders’ General Meeting of April 24, 2020, continuation of the fixed compensation in the same amount as 2019, with no increase, and the renewal of the 2019 variable compensation allocation keys for the two managers. The remuneration presented correspond to all those that have been paid by LISI, no remunerationwas paid by its subsidiaries or the control company CID. LISI S.A. has not committed itself to these corporate officers to pay compensation, indemnities, or benefits, due or likely to be due as a result of such corporate officers taking on, resigning from, or changing functions.
