In our capacity as auditors of your company, we will now present out
reportonregulatedagreementsandcommitments.
It is for us to let you know, based on the information delivered to us,
theessential features and conditions applicable to theagreements and
commitmentsofwhichwehavebeen informedorwhichwewouldhave
discovered in the context of our assignment,without having to express
ouropinionas to theirusefulnessor their justification,nor to investigate
the existence of other agreements or commitments. It is for you to
assess the relevance involved in theconclusionof theseagreementsand
commitmentsprior to theirapproval,asper the termsofArticleR.225-31
oftheCommercialCode.
Besides, it isup tous, if applicable, toprovide youwith the information
provided for in article R. 225-31 of the Commercial Code regarding the
enforcement, in theyear elapsed, of theagreementsand commitments
alreadyapprovedbytheGeneralMeetingofShareholders.
Wehave implementedtheduediligencemeasuresdeemednecessaryfor
thismission as outlinedby France’s national audit regulatory body, the
Compagnienationaledescommissairesauxcomptes.

commitment authorized during the period elapsed to be subjected to
